The Product Workshop Track is fully confirmed and available below. Additional sessions will be added on a rolling basis as speaker proposals are reviewed and approved. The full agenda will be finalized in March, at which point sessions will be published in Canapii and open for registration.
We’re excited to welcome Erik Qualman, #1 bestselling author and globally recognized keynote speaker, to kick off Newforma World 2026.

Erik has delivered presentations in 55 countries, reaching more than 50 million people worldwide. His groundbreaking work on Socialnomics has been featured everywhere from 60 Minutes to The Wall Street Journal, and has been used by organizations ranging from NASA to the National Guard.
His book Digital Leader earned him recognition as the 2nd Most Likeable Author in the World, behind only the Harry Potter series, and his bestselling title What Happens in Vegas Stays on YouTube helped land him on Forbes and Fortune’s list of the Top 100 Digital Influencers.
Erik’s business and leadership books are used in more than 200 universities, and he has received an honorary doctorate for his contributions to the digital leadership space. His latest book, The Focus Project, explores how pursuing less can help individuals and organizations achieve more.
Erik also previously served as a professor with Harvard and MIT’s edX labs.

Attendees will engage directly with fellow Newforma customers, exchange ideas, and walk away with actionable insights they can apply immediately within their own teams and organizations.

The Industry Insights track delivers forward-looking conversations at the intersection of technology, process, and the evolving AECO landscape. Led by a mix of Newforma experts and industry peers, these thought leadership sessions and panel discussions explore timely, relevant topics shaping how AECO firms work today, and how they’ll compete tomorrow. Attendees will gain strategic perspectives, real-world lessons, and candid insights on trends impacting project delivery, collaboration, information management, and business performance across the AECO industry.

The Tech Talks track is designed for IT and technology leaders looking to go deeper on the tools, platforms, and strategies powering modern AECO firms. Featuring sessions led by Newforma experts alongside customers in the field, this track explores product roadmap insights, the transition to Newforma Konekt, integrations and connected workflows, and proven approaches to product adoption and change management. Attendees will walk away with practical guidance, technical context, and real-world perspectives to help them plan, implement, and maximize their Newforma technology investments. This track features sessions focused on Newforma Project Center, Newforma Konekt, and product agnostic discussions.
