• Thursday, October 3rd: Networking breakfast, more sessions, lunch, optional offsite activities including the Newforma World 2nd annual golf scramble from 3 PM to 6:30 PM (for pre-registered participants). The day concludes with a Farewell BBQ.

The pass includes access to specified workshops for those who chose the pre-conference workshop sessions. For all attendees regardless of your admission your pass includes:

In this years Newforma World workshop we’ll deep dive into a feature comparison between Newforma Project Center and Newforma Konekt.  Learn all about how the activities, workflows, formats, etc., compare and contrast between how your teams do things today in Newforma Project Center and how they work in Newforma Konekt so you can guide your project teams to the right tool at the right time.  Learn when and how to migrate projects into Newforma Konekt.  If you got certified as a Newforma Project Implementation Specialist during last year’s Newforma World workshops we’ll be adding to your specialty.

When registering, kindly specify any dietary restrictions. This information, along with your name, will be shared with the venue to ensure a customized meal for you. Upon arriving at any meal, please notify a server so they can promptly serve your designated meal.

Newforma will engage in recording, photographing, transcribing, filming, or similar activities at the Conference. By participating, you acknowledge and grant Newforma and its affiliates, agents, employees, and assign an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free right and worldwide license, in perpetuity. This includes the right to reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, or translate, for any purpose related to their business, any part of the following items related to the Conference:

1. Still photographs.
2. Audio or video recordings made/taken of you, your voice, or likeness.
3. Your name, likeness, and biographical information
4. Any materials (electronic or hard copy) submitted or presented by you, including materials submitted via social media handles.

If you wish to cancel your event registration, you can do so before 11:59 p.m. EST on September 2, 2024. In this case, Newforma will issue a refund of your pass purchase price, minus a $50 transaction fee for any cancellation received by the specified date. However, no refunds will be issued for any cancellations received after this deadline. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual within your organization. Cancellation requests must be sent to hauger@newforma.com. Kindly be aware that the refund process may take up to 30 business days.
