When does the conference begin?
The general conference kicks off with a welcome reception on the evening of Monday, May 4 from 6-8 PM. Registration will be open 2-6 PM.
What about the other days?
Tuesday, May 5: Registration is open 7 AM to 2 PM, networking breakfast, general session with keynote, breakout sessions 10AM-5:30pm, and a Cinco De Mayo Fiesta in the evening.
Wednesday, May 6: Registration from 7 AM to 1 PM, networking breakfast, breakout sessions, offsite activities, and an evening Newforma World Birthday Bash to close out the event with some pizzaz.
Thursday, May 7: Everyone departs
Can I still catch the event virtually?
Unfortunately, no, Newforma World 2026 is an in-person event.
Will session recordings be available post-event?
No. Only those registered will have access to the sessions.

What’s packed into the registration pass?
The pass includes access to specified workshops for those who chose the pre-conference workshop sessions. For all attendees regardless of your admission your pass includes:
i. Attendance to all keynote and breakout sessions, including the Newforma Konekt workshop track
ii. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners during the event
iii. May 4, 5 & 6 evening entertainment
iv. Special rates for your hotel bookings
v. Special rates for pre or post conference activities
vi. Certification for those attending the Newforma Konekt hands-on workshop

What’s on the agenda for certification courses at Newforma World 2026?
We will be offering a Newforma Konekt Champion Certification for those who complete our hands-on Newforma Konekt track. Expand your knowledge of Newforma Konekt, and discover tips, tricks, and workflow hacks. Go back to your office equipped with the knowledge to effectively train and increase adoption across your firm.
Is there a separate registration for certification?
No, you just need to attend 80% of the Newforma Konekt workshop track to obtain your certification.

Details: It would be wrong of us to bring you to a conference on May 5th and not celebrate Cinco De Mayo. We would never do that to you. Come for the tacos and tequila, stay for the good times!

Details: Join us for an unforgettable farewell bash as we celebrate Newforma’s 22nd birthday!

What if I have food restrictions?
When registering, kindly specify any dietary restrictions. This information, along with your name, will be shared with the venue to ensure a customized meal for you. Upon arriving at any meal, please notify a server so they can serve your designated meal.
Am I destined for fame? Any chance of being recorded or photographed?
Newforma will engage in recording, photographing, transcribing, filming, or similar activities at the Conference. By participating, you acknowledge and grant Newforma and its affiliates, agents, employees, and assign an irrevocable, nonexclusive, royalty-free right and worldwide license, in perpetuity. This includes the right to reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, or translate, for any purpose related to their business, any part of the following items related to the Conference:
Still photographs.
Audio or video recordings made/taken of you, your voice, or likeness.
Your name, likeness, and biographical information
Any materials (electronic or hard copy) submitted or presented by you, including materials submitted via social media handles.
What is the event’s cancellation policy – tell me more.
If you wish to cancel your event registration, you can do so before 11:59 p.m. EST on April 10, 2026. In this case, Newforma will issue a refund of your pass purchase price, minus a $50 transaction fee for any cancellation received by the specified date. However, no refunds will be issued for any cancellations received after this deadline. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual within your organization. Cancellation requests must be sent to hauger@newforma.com. Kindly be aware that the refund process may take up to 10 business days.
